The minister of innovation, science and economic development supervise the council and accountable by the parliament. NRC is looking for well educated and self driven applicants for the post of Executive Assistant. Both male and females are encouraged to apply.
Duties:
Executive Assistant works in the fast paced domain to support the vice-president’s office and share key values of honesty, excellence and respect.
The prefect applicant will be responsible for administrative duties including supervision and accelerate the documentation flow. Applicant must have sound judgement skill and understanding with NRC rules and regulations.
The EA communicates with all staff and other stakeholders on the behalf of VPO to facilitate the management.
Experience and skills:
- Basic computer knowledge including MS office and outlook.
- Abilities to provide support senior level staff.
- Experience of maintaining files and databases for management.
- Basic skills to Coordinate with management for financial transactions
