Shared services Canada is federal department of Canadian government. As a result of shared services Canada act it was created in 2011 to combine different information technology (IT) services. It is hiring as an Analyst HR. Only suitable candidates are encouraged to apply. Both male and female candidates can apply.
Duties:
An Analyst HR analysis and develop policies for different projects and initiatives. The job holder analyzes and design policies for economic purposes.
Skills/Experiences:
- Ability to conduct research, delivery plan and review.
- Basic computer skills with special HR related software’s.
- Good communication skills
- Ability to work under-pressure
What is Shared Services Canada (SSC)
The purpose of establishing this department is to integrate Information technology systems of federal government. It provides support to near about 42 federal agencies.
SSC provides information technology services to all federal agencies. It works under the ministry of digital government and accountable to the parliament through minister.
There are total 92 data centers in Canada which provide services and data to improve businesses yield. Currently it is working to combine 50 separate agencies networks into a single one. The SSC vision is to modernize the Canadian government and IT infrastructure.
Selection procedure consists of Application process (complete application form), Test and Interview. Selected candidates will go through training.
