Duties:
The HR Director design, develop and maintain service delivery for employees. The incumbent gives expert advice on critical issues that effect HR services. He/She is accountable for HR policies, planning, pay services and data security of agency.
Experiences/skills:
- Ability to solve critical issues.
- Previous high level management experiences.
- Basic computer skills with some special software’s.
- Ability to work under-pressure
- Good analytical and business skills
About Natural Sciences and Engineering Research Council
The agency was established in 1978 and initially provide support to university researched based projects. It works under the ministry of innovation, science and economic development and accountable to parliament through minister.
NSERC provide funds to universities researcher and highly qualified students to analyze, research and perform practicals. Near about 40,000 plus trainees and researchers are funded by the federal government.
NSERC has work coordination between researchers and other institutions to gain expertise as well as achieve the goals of government.
